Love Square

Long long ago a girl had a crush on a guy that was in her perspective, charming and a very smooth talker. They talked and hit it off until one day the guy asked her to be his girlfriend. The girl said yes and so they were a couple for about a week and then the girl realized that he was a total loser. So she broke up with him, and he was devastated, for he liked the girl more than she could imagine. He asked the girl why she didn't want to be his girlfriend anymore and she simply replied, "Because your too immature for my taste and a little bit annoying." He didn't say anything to this he just proceeded on with his life. The boy and the girl grew apart and rarely talked, until one day when he introduced her to his best friend who was kind of a cowboy. At first the girl didn't talk to the cowboy very much, unless she was standing up for him because the other girls were mean to him. The girl noticed that the cowboy would always stare at her and look like he wanted to talk to her. So one day when he looked as if he wanted to start a conversation she started one first. The girl found out he was very interesting, sweet, innocent, and over all a great guy, nothing compared to his best friend. Over a series of weeks they talked nonstop until finally the girl felt like they should take the relationship to the next level. The cowboy was very shy so the girl had to make all the first moves. So they ended up going out, and this angered his best friend who still had feelings for the girl. the best friend went psycho and threatened the girl and the cowboy, but they still stood tall. This showed the girl that the cowboy really liked her. But then a new girl was introduced into the picture and she was immediately drawn to the cowboy, but he was still with the girl. the best friend was also drawn to the new girl. So the best friend asked the new girl out and she accepted, but she didn't really like the best friend she liked the cowboy and was using the best friend to get to the cowboy. The best friend quit going psycho but still loved the girl instead of the new girl. Then the new girl and the best friend broke up and she started advancing on the girl's cowboy. at first the cowboy still showed the girl his love for her was strong, but then they started drifting apart. The girl feared that she would get hurt and when she felt this way she often ran away instead of trying to resolve the issues and this was a problem. So the girl broke up the cowboy only to find he had been cheating on her with the new girl and this angered the girl because the new girl knew that the girl was with the cowboy yet she still went out with him. So she was mean to the new girl and the cowboy and she hasn't quit til this day. Meanwhile the best friend was morphing himself into a better person that he knew the girl would like and he hoped that maybe he would get another chance. So he started talking to the girl and they ended up going out on and off for three years.

The Reality

Once upon a time there a lived a insecureish type girl who didn't know who she really was, or what she wanted to be. She would always jump from not caring to caring, preppy, emo, weirdo, normal, quiet. and loud. She was tired of always jumping around to different emotions and seem to people that she was bipolar, which she isn't. Then one day her grandparents moved in with her and everything she was trying to be just stopped and settled on one emotion, sarcasm, meanness and pretty weird. She is normally like this but when she is around her mom she has to act like a different person, like a perfect angel. When she is around her dad she acts like herself and he doesn't care, but she never really got to see her dad because he lived in a place far, far away. She sometimes wished she lived there, but wondered what she would end up as if she did live with him. Her cousins that lived there were druggies, drunks, and sex addicts, so she thought maybe it wasn't a good idea to live there. Although they weren't the cleanest best people their love for each other was limitless, unlike the love she felt here. Her mom loved her, but sometimes she questioned her love from her other relatives that lived by her mother. They were very materialistic and only really wanted the idea that they had a loving family, not the true love itself. This girl was kind of happy, but not all the problems revolved around home life, there was also drama with her boyfriend and friends, but that is a story for another time.
This girl visited her dad in the summer time and at Christmas. She always looked forward to these vacations, to escape from reality and join a different one. She was a totally different person when she went into this reality. She wasn't afraid of speaking up or being crazy, because she knew she wasn't judged or less loved. So when her friends talked to her on the phone while she was on her escape they said she sounded like a whole different person. No longer was the girl sarcastic, mean, and weird, she was preppy, crazy and just plain fun. She was who she really wanted to be. She noticed that the guys took more interest in her, and that more people wanted to be her friend. She missed this life and wondered why she couldn't be like this 24/7. When she came back she would tell her friends all the adventures she went through, and all the things that happened. They would get really excited and ask a lot of questions. they too wondered why she couldn't be like this all the time. Every now and then her friends asked her to tell them the stories of her adventures in this place far far away and the girl would take pride in telling them. Telling them such things as drinking this magical liquid that made you go crazy, shedding her clothes and go swim in the moat, being approached by a sexy prince charming, and basically just living life on the edge which is what she dreamed about doing while she was at her home. But she knew that if she did this all the time, things would not turn out very greatly and her bright future in front of her would pivot into the trash.
